Hi, I’m Shruti Agrawal, an RCI registered psychologist and counselling professional. I work with individuals who are trying to understand themselves better, manage emotional struggles, and build healthier relationships with their thoughts and feelings.
As a licensed psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), I follow ethical, evidence-based practices. My work is grounded in empathy, practical tools, and deep respect for your personal journey. I believe therapy should feel safe, non-judgmental, and real, not intimidating.
I support clients dealing with anxiety, overthinking, stress, low mood, relationship concerns, self-doubt, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed or emotionally tired on the inside. If that sounds like you, you’re not alone.
My approach is warm yet structured. I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, Art Therapy, and emotion-focused approaches, depending on what suits you best. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. It’s about understanding patterns, building awareness, and creating small, meaningful shifts that improve your daily life.
I also believe mental health conversations should be simple and accessible. Through sessions and psychoeducation, I aim to make psychological concepts easy to understand and apply in real life.
